Paralympian Janine Watson is the only para taekwondo athlete living with MS competing at the Tokyo Paralympics.

After her MS diagnosis in 2007, Janine fell in love with taekwondo. For her, the sport was a way to heal mentally and emotionally from having to adapt to a new lifestyle with MS.
