Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear visited Bardstown on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, and presented checks to the City of Bardstown and Nelson Fiscal Court for road projects, a check to North Nelson Water District to help pay for the water main that will connect Louisville Watere Co. with the City of Bardstown, and a large $10 million check for the Bardstown City Schools.
