In September 2025, The Hair Metal Guru sat down for an in-depth interview with Jamie St. James, the legendary singer of Black ’N Blue. In this clip from that interview, Jamie talks about his four-year run as the lead singer of Warrant after replacing Jani Lane.

Jamie takes us through his time with Warrant, what it was like stepping into the band, and what happened when Jani Lane returned in 2008 — ultimately resulting in Jamie being replaced.
