A New York AG prosecutor says Letitia James’ office ordered him to “find and pursue crimes” on Donald Trump, Truth Social, and allied companies—then the email vanished from state servers. Meanwhile, Marine One lost radio contact with Reagan National tower again, days after an NTSB report on a near-miss with a passenger jet. And Colorado voters now face Proposition 133, the Children Are Not For Sale Act, after lawmakers killed a life-without-parole penalty for trafficking kids.

Prosecutor Daniel Wiesenfeld told hundreds of colleagues his bureau chief directed a hunt for crimes by Trump and Trump-linked groups “without having a credible reason.” The email was quickly deleted. Eastman on lawfare, selective prosecution, and what the paper trail actually shows.
