James Davison is out of the 2020 Indy 500 after a catastrophic failure on lap 5. He will finish 33rd, last place.

According to RACER.com: "Friction from front calipers locked on by a possible brake-line crimp heated wheel and brake components above magnesium's 1200 degree F boiling point".
