Jamari’s Journey, by San Francisco pen and ink artist Nancy Cato, has been installed along Evans Avenue on the New Headworks Facility Project fence at the Southeast Treatment Plant (SEP). Cato was commissioned by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and the San Francisco Arts Commission to create the new temporary mural for the Southeast Community.
