As you can see game runs near perfect. I get a stable 60fps without Dxtory. The game may dip some times to about 57 fps during recording. Game looks great and runs great.
Don't use any HW hacks on this game. I tried MSAA but it had a major hit on performance and does not look much better. I would not reccomend use any Anti Aliasing as it is not very contemptible with PS2 era games and it will slow your game down. Feel free to max out Anisotropic Filtering to x16 as it looks great and does not cost any FPS. Experiment around with the speed hacks and it should work fine.
There are a few graphical glitches like ugly shadows and the screens above race tracks are jumbled but this will not effect gameplay.
