Augustus Pablo's King Tubby Meets Rockers Uptown (1975) is considered by many as dub reggae's finest moment. Due to its popularity, the initial B-side to Jacob Miller's Baby I Love You So was released as an A-side by Island Records.

Aka as Cassava Piece, this tune began life as Jah Jah Dub on producer Herman Chin-Loy's Aquarius album (1973), one of the first dub reggae albums (featuring Augustus Pablo). The same bassline was later heard in Joe Gibbs' Chapter Three (1978), another dub reggae classic.
