Strong storms which impacted the Jacksonville, AR area in April 1994. The next day would mark the 3rd anniversary of the line of severe storms across plain states which produced the infamous Andover, KS tornado.
This STAR is one of which showed the first signs of early degradation. Notice how the screen jumps whenever the ticker or crawl appears or disappears.
One thing I realized through this video: Although the machine has enough processing power to display both warning crawl and Travel Forecast scroll without freezing or stuttering, the WeatherSTAR4000's timing begins to lag. The Local Forecast starts out on time but ends 5 seconds late.
