"so infatuated with the end."

JACKALRUIN presents "FAKE PARADISE", a song to accompany the reimagining story, "SONIC.EXE: EXODUS".

The year is 2011. Thomas Rivers finds himself in a whole new world of hurt after playing a game from a friend who told him to destroy it. Consumed by paranoia, the end came for him. He was supposed to die. Now he does his bidding.

V's bidding.

SONIC.EXE: EXODUS is an in-progress reimagining of Sonic.exe that aims to focus more on the human side of the story. I'll have more to show soon, but it's all still in the works. What form of media it'll represent, I don't quite know yet, but we'll see when we get there!

"welcome one and all
to your heaven
a place to be
till you rot away
so infatuated with the end
could've walked away
but then you
betrayed a friend

thomas
oh thomas
was it ever
worth it?

tell me
what do you see?
the only thing that's left
is your fake paradise

(And yes, this is real! Remember FULL STOP EXECUTE from 2020? That turned into this basically! Who said all my old projects had to die?)
