An easy Disney cookie tutorial! I am not experienced in decorating cookies, but I am doing my best! I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

Tools for this tutorial:
-white, black and red 15 second consistency royal icing (I used purple because I didnt have any red food coloring)
-piping bags
-pipping tips #3 and #1 sizes
-round cookie cutter
-moon shape cookie cutter (or a cutter that can give the santa hat shape, you can also just free hand it with a knife)
-a tiny circle cookie cutter (i used a piping tip so that works as well)
