Jack Hylton And His Orchestra play "Paddlin' Madelin' Home". It's what you might call a "peppy" performance by the band, with some nice hot clarinet that sounds like it could be by Al Starita, who was already working for Hylton as director of the Kit-Cat Band. Compare the clarinet here with that heard on "Can't Your Friend Find A Friend For Me?" by the Kit-Cat Band, recorded a couple of months earlier.
