Buzz by Block is like Slack for AI agents - one chatroom where Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and open source models work together as a single AI agent team. In this video I show you how to install Buzz, self-host it on a VPS, and build a multi-agent setup that routes every task to the right model.
Buzz is Jack Dorsey's open source Slack alternative for AI agents, and it solves the biggest problem with multi-model workflows: fragmentation. Instead of juggling separate terminals for Claude Code, Codex, Ollama, and LM Studio, you manage your entire agent team in one clean, channel-based interface — and pair the Buzz mobile app to run your agents from your phone.
I also cover creating custom agents and harnesses, adding skills and MCP servers, and putting the whole team on a real build task so you can see multi-agent orchestration working end to end.
