This is the one and only performance of The Pinner Village Stompers.
Trad Jazz band featuring Dave, Rad, Monk, Trio and Michael.

A true story set in 1962 about a group of school friends who decided to form a jazz band — despite not really knowing how to play instruments.

Using everyday objects including a coffee tin, cardboard box, comb and paper, recorder and even a nail file, the group experimented with sound, music and performance. This story explores creativity, imagination, friendship and growing up in 1960s Britain, while introducing ideas about early jazz music and musical inspiration from New Orleans.
