Berlin’s J Choirboy debuts on Rekids Special Projects with the ‘Mammoth’ EP, landing 17th October 2025. The title track taps into the sort of big, muscular club tools that defined Rekids label head Radio Slave’s early career, with fizzing chords hanging above booming kicks and a constant tension built to dominate dance floors. ‘Loam’ is just as heavy, this time with bright chords bouncing off gritty, rolling drums for full-body workouts in the club. ‘Stacco’ sinks into grainy territory with static-charged synths and a swinging kick, perfect for warm-ups or 5 a.m. hypnosis. Closing cut ‘The Miller’ layers liquid chords and perfectly syncopated drums into a vast wall of warm, enveloping Dub.
Rooted in choral traditions but driven by a love for Techno and early rave, J Choirboy channels both musical depth and raw energy into his productions. Now based in Berlin, he has previously released on La Mission, now returning with a strong debut for RSPX via the ‘Mammoth’ EP, which has already won support from the likes of DJ Rolando, Elisa Bee, and Truncate.

Out now: https://orcd.co/REKIDS273
German-Romanian duo Frankey & Sandrino come back to Rekids with the ‘Please’ EP, landing 10th October 2025 alongside a remix from Echonomist. They follow their 2022 ‘Brainscan’ EP on Radio Slave’s label, as well as a remix for Denney in 2023.
With an irresistible bassline, smooth melody, and a nostalgia-fuelled vocal, ‘Please’ is the kind of track you hear as you walk into a busy tent at a festival, hands in the air, energy abundant. Frankey & Sandrino are masters at crafting emotional dancefloor bangers, going a little deeper on the progressive ‘Genie’, building up to busy stabs and mind-melting, futuristic sound design.
Completing the EP, the pair call in Greek DJ and producer Echonomist to remix ‘Please’. The Innervisions and Exit Strategy artist strips the original back, transforming it into a dark, hypnotic groover built for smoke-lit dance floors.
The original had this beautiful Depeche Mode 80s vibe, but for the remix I wanted to take it into a different space, closer to the Detroit sound I love, a bit like Carl Craig’s approach. Something more hypnotic and club-focused, but still keeping the emotion of Frankey & Sandrino’s track. – Echonomist
Frankey & Sandrino are a German duo that has been shaping dance floors since 2009 with their distinct, trend-defying sound. With releases on Kompakt, Diynamic, and their own Sum Over Histories, and regular appearances at clubs like fabric and Stereo, they now return to Rekids with the ‘Please’ EP. Out now: https://orcd.co/REKIDS272
London artist CASSIMM returns to Rekids with ‘I’ll Take You There’, landing 26th September 2025. It follows his recent remixes for label boss Radio Slave and his 2024 ‘House of Moves’ EP on the imprint, which won support from the likes of Paul Woolford, Dam Swindle, Jamie Jones, and Laurent Garnier.
CASSIMM’s I’ll Take You There is a chunky House cut with powerful bass and rolling drums, joined by filters which build the vibe while a diva vocal rings out with raw emotion. Its a perfect mix of gritty production and infectious rhythm that lights up the floor with pure underground credentials, while the club mix of ‘I’ll Take You There’ hypnotises with a loopy feel and toughed-up groove.

![Quiet Village & Vanessa Daou - Naked Hunger (Spoken Word Mix) [QV002]
Out now: https://orcd.co/qv002
Matt Radio Slave Edwards and Joel Martins critically acclaimed Quiet Village project follow-up, 2024s Reunion with the Vanessa Daou collaboration, Naked Hunger on September 5th, 25.
Naked Hunger, which comes in Vocal Mix and Spoken Word Mix versions, sees Quiet Village employ their hypnotic sensibilities to one of house musics most tantalising vocal talents in Daou, resulting in a mid-tempo house cut that completely envelops.
While the vocal mix of Naked Hunger leans into the interplay between Vanessa Daous cosseting song voice and spoken vocals, with the rest of the track embracing a subtly dubby ethereal musicality, Quiet Village ramp up the instrumentation on the Spoken Vocal version with bass guitar and piano flourishes accompanying her sultry poetic delivery.
Naked Hunger, Daous first collaboration with Quiet Village, marks her first release since 2019s Little Black Dress.
Throughout her illustrious career, the acclaimed three-time #1 Billboard Dance Chart topper has collaborated with Danny Tenaglia, David Morales, Mood II Swing, Ralphi Rosario, Terry Farley (Farley & Heller), Charles Webster, Horse Meat Discos Severino Panzetta, Hifi Sean, and Eli Escobar.
Friends since meeting at Goldies legendary MetalHeadz sessions at Londons Blue Note in the 90s, Quiet Village, aka Matt Edwards and Joel Martin, began releasing their brand of dubbed-out, balearic-and-beyond tracks in 2005 via NYCs Whatever We Want Records. The duos 2008 Silent Movie LP was a critical smash hit that resulted in remix commissions for the likes of Bryan Ferry, The Gorillas, Leftfield, Francois K, Massive Attack and many more.
After a few years in the wilderness, unable to use their nom de plume due to contractual restrictions, the pair launched The Quiet Village label in 2024 with Reunion, a stunning 6/8 time urban jazz odyssey, a favourite of the likes of Luke Una, Gilles Peterson and Ryan Elliott. Dutch-Chilean DJ and producer Ramon Tapia lands on RSPX with the ‘Game Plan’ EP, arriving 15th May 2026. Active since the 2000s, Tapia boasts a long list of label credits, including Planet Rhythm and his own Say What? Records, now joining Radio Slave’s Rekids family with two EPs, beginning with ‘Game Plan’ on the Techno-leaning RSPX.
The title track kicks things off, deft kicks and deep subs making up the low end, while exhilarating stabs ride above for those big dancefloor moments, before ‘Got to Love’ dives into a jackin’ vibe infused with dub influences. ‘Faltran’ continues, boasting a hard-hitting groove and a foreboding atmosphere for the darker hours, followed by ‘Dark Groove’s playful drums and expert, mind-melting sound design.
“After a serious accident, I built this release with one arm and a clear vision. Gameplan isn’t just music—it’s the first move on my way back. This is only the beginning.” Ramon Tapia
Ramon Tapia emerged in the 2000s with releases on labels such as Pocket, Equator, and Strictly Rhythm. He later held a three-year residency at Sankeys Ibiza and performed at leading festivals including Tomorrowland, Mayday, Loveland, and Caprices. ![Mathias Kaden - I Got You feat. Cassy [REKIDS285]
https://orcd.co/REKIDS285
Mathias Kaden announces the ‘Three Decades’ LP on Rekids, releasing 3rd April 2026, with single ‘Fyutr’ featuring Zoë Xenia and a remix from the legendary Dennis Ferrer available now. His third full-length, following 2009’s ‘Studio 10’ on Vakant and 2015’s ‘Energetic’ on Freunden Am Tanzen, ‘Three Decades’ spans nine tracks and celebrates Kaden’s 30-year career as one of Germany’s most enduring House and Techno figures.
“This album is a dedication to 30 years of DJ culture – to nights, dancefloors, and moments that have stood the test of time. At its core is the music that has moved me the most throughout all these years: house music in its timeless form. Rather than following short-lived trends, this album stands for attitude. For groove, energy, and that unmistakable feeling when a track hits the dancefloor at exactly the right moment. This is music that doesn’t need explanation – it works because it’s honest. My perspective has always been the same: forward-looking, yet deeply rooted in what defines house music. This album could just as easily have been released ten years ago – or ten years from now. That is precisely its strength: when the music is right, time becomes irrelevant. This is not a retrospective, but a statement. It represents who I am as a DJ – then, now, and always.” - Mathias Kaden
The ‘Three Decades album opens with a title intro, in which Mathias Kaden expresses gratitude to those closest to him before moving into his signature deep, emotive House sound. Tracks like ‘Keep Balance’ set the tone with sub-heavy bass and crisp, driving drums, occasionally punctuated by vocal snippets, while ‘I Got You’ features Cassy for a high-energy, soulful dancefloor moment. Reminiscent of Kaden’s work as Mathimidori, the dubbiness of ‘Getting Closer’ sets the stage for ‘Inner Signal’, which leans into wiggy electro territory, before the second record shifts gears with ‘Next Wave’ and ‘Shelter’, returning to pacey, piano-fuelled rave energy. ‘Viral’ follows with tough drums and excellent stab work, before the album closes on ‘Fyutr’, Kaden’s collaboration with Zoë Xenia, already supported by Honey Dijon, DJ Deep, Laurent Garnier, and more.
Active since the mid-90s, Mathias Kaden quickly became one of the artists at the forefront of Germany’s flourishing rave scene. He began releasing music in the early 2000s, first collaborating with Marek Hemmann on a series of EPs for Freude Am Tanzen, before establishing himself as a solo artist with more than two dozen EPs on labels including Desolat, Watergate Records, Pets Recordings, Diynamic, Ovum, and Cocoon. Since first appearing on Rekids in 2019 with the ‘Control Your Mind’ EP, Kaden has released multiple projects on the label and remains a regular contributor to its catalogue. Alongside his own productions, he has remixed artists such as DJ Koze, KiNK, Monika Kruse, Trentemøller, and Sven Väth, while under his Mathimidori alias, he has explored more spacious territory with releases on Mule Musiq, Ornaments, and Freund der Familie, including an additional album, ‘Akebono’, on Echocord. UK artist Denney arrives on Radio Slave’s REK’D for the first time with ‘Promises’, landing 3rd October 2025. Following up his 2023 debut ‘Catch The Heat’ single on flagship label Rekids, ‘Promises’ features the voice of platinum-selling singer-songwriter Penny F, and is a low-slung House groover with a subtle nod to old-school, golden-age Progressive sounds. Courtesy of raw, rolling square bass, and the deep emotion evoked by Penny’s heartfelt vocals - ‘Promises’ is a late-night track to lose yourself to on dark, strobe-lit dancefloors.
I have been working with Penny for a while on a variety of different projects and knew as soon as I made the track her vocals would be perfect....which they are! I wanted to make a timeless House record, which I think we have managed to do nicely! - Denney
With ‘Promises’, Denney follows up his 2023 ‘Catch The Heat’ single on Rekids, which featured a vocal from Charlotte Riby and remixes by Nic Fanciulli and Franky & Sandrino. The North England-born DJ and producer broke through with his Hot Creations hit ‘Ultraviolet’ and has since released music on labels such as Crosstown Rebels and Knee Deep In Sound, while playing at venues including fabric, DC10, and BPM Festival.
For his debut on REK’D, he teams up with Penny F, who has co-written chart-topping tracks with Lana Del Rey and collaborated with artists like William Orbit, Yousef, Ali Love, and more, with releases spanning Ministry of Sound, Toolroom, Armada, and Spinnin’ Records. ![Riva Starr - Tryin [REKIDS284]
Out now: https://orcd.co/REKIDS284s
Italian producer and DJ Riva Starr returns to Rekids with the ‘Shine A Light’ EP, arriving 27th March 2026. It marks his solo debut for Radio Slave’s flagship label, succeeding his ‘Love Will Remain’ EP together with Mark Broom as Star B in 2022. Active for more than two decades, Starr has been a consistent force within House music, known for building infectious loops, weighty basslines, and hook-led vocals into timeless club records. His catalogue spans his own Snatch! Records alongside labels such as Hot Creations, Cajual, Crosstown Rebels, and Factory 93, with releases regularly topping digital charts.
“Had such a ball producing this EP for one of my favourite labels out there. I definitely don’t take consistency and quality for granted these days, so it feels proper to be releasing on an imprint that stands for exactly that. Riva Starr
Riva Starr’s ‘Shine A Light’ EP starts with Cant Stop The Feeling’, setting the tone with a bold, elastic House groove, driven by funky bass, smart filter work, and diva-style vocal stabs designed to lift the room. ‘Shine A Light (On Me)’ follows with even greater impact, pairing wall-rattling drums with belting vocals that bring gospel intensity to a hands-in-the-air anthem. ‘Tryin’’ digs deeper, keeping the pressure on with a sleazier bassline underpinning male vocal cries and smooth choral touches built for peak-time reactions. Closing things out, ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling (Beat-A-Pella)’ strips the groove back, rounding off a high-impact, emotionally charged EP of modern house craftsmanship. ![Jon Hester - Through the Smoke [RSPX84]
Out now: orcd.co/rspx84
Participation boss Jon Hester is back on Radio Slave’s RSPX with the four-track ‘Here and Present’ EP on 6th March 2026. Releasing under his given name since 2009 and first appearing on Rekids’ Techno sublabel in 2018, Hester released two further EPs on RSPX and contributed to a compilation in 2023, making him a core part of the label.
On the surface, these are four tracks for the dance floor. Conceptually, this EP explores themes of being here and present within yourself, and allowing yourself to embrace the present moment, a practice that feels more important now than ever. The title tracks vocal is my own voice repeating Im here. In its intended purpose, this phrase has nothing to do with me personally; rather, it serves as a meditative mantra for the listener to repeat within themselves.
Im here. Ideally, on a dance floor in good spirits, sharing special times with loved ones around you, or otherwise under any circumstances, you are here and present and keeping on! We move through the smoke and darkness with glances to one another, into the warm togetherness of the morning fog. Jon Hester
Starting with the title track, Jon Hester’s ‘Here and Present’ EP unfolds as a finely balanced blend of techno with warmth, groove, and soul. Taut, rolling drums lay the foundation, with echoing blasts of noise dancing around rhythmic vocal snippets.
‘Through the Smoke’ follows, pairing sharp percussive sounds with moody atmospherics, its siren-like melodies rising and falling, before ‘Glance’ locks into a robust organic groove under shimmering tonal stabs. Closing things out, ‘Fog’ slips into deeper territory, delivering refined, hypnotic minimalism at its best, served over an insistent bouncing bassline.
Raised in the Midwest US, and early years in Chicago and Minneapolis to his current base in Berlin, Jon Hester has built an international profile as a DJ, producer, musician, and dancer, with music released on labels including Klockworks and Tresor, and performances at institutions such as Berghain, fabric, Rex Club, Shelter, Hï Ibiza, and more.
In recent years, he has expanded his output through his label, Participation, a platform for his own productions and collaborations with artists including Cassy, Tadeo, DJ Shufflemaster, Joel Mull, The Advent, Exos, Lady Starlight, and William Arist, while continuing to evolve the dancefloor-driven expression that first inspired him in the ’90s.
