Look at all this CONTEXT they're not bothering to explain.
Izumi's got a handful of interactions that suggest her importance, for all that's worth with the minimal amounts of context we have at the moment. Beyond that it's mostly her being really new to all of this and attempting to bond with other "pet owners". What is interesting is how she retroactively gives Ogre another encounter in HIS arcade mode. Boss characters did that with DLC characters but not for other regular cast members so that's new, it's almost as if FB cares about its story. Nothing particularly juicy in lore or interactions here beyond that.
Izumi's interaction and victory lines are a bit all over the place. She's got no intro for Seth despite having both a unique win/loss lines in victory lines. She's got nothing to say to Tsurugi if she wins or loses, etc. I wonder what we missed to have her react to Hyde that way if she beats him. Yuzu out here calling everyone -chan.
You'll forgive me for not including her lobby lines as they're not all that interesting and my computer wasn't giving me the time of day to record my screen for whatever reason.
