Watch as IWC watchmaker Thomas Zimmermann assembles the Ingenieur Automatic 35 Ref. IW324903. With meticulous attention to detail, he lubricates the bearings and fits the balance wheel and rotor to the movement.

Turning over the automatic caliber 47110 with its 42-hour power reserve, he places the gold-colored “Grid” dial and solid gold hands, filled with Super-LumiNova®. Next, he carefully tightens the five functional bezel screws, bringing to life the distinctive design language inspired by Gérald Genta.

As the final steps, he inserts the crown, secures the sapphire case back, and assembles the polished and satin-finished 18ct 5N gold bracelet, link by link.
