Today I’m taking a hands-on look at the IWC Pilot UTC (ref. IW3251-01) — a classic dual-time pilot watch made from 1998 - 2005.

This is not a formal review. Think of it more as a watch examination: a calm, practical look at the watch’s design, dimensions, wearability, and how it compares — loosely — to my own IWC Mark XV, which wears a bit smaller and thinner on the wrist.

Full transparency: this watch belongs to a friend and I’m helping him move it along. There’s no sales pitch here, but if you’re genuinely interested, feel free to reach out and I can connect you directly.

As always, this channel is about sharing real-world impressions, context, and collector perspective — not hype.
