after seeing this ravioli sheet, I had to make a vegan version of it so I busted out my 13 year old pasta machine
homemade (eggless) pasta:
mix 2 deciliters of durum flour
1 deciliter of wheat flour, 1 tbsp of salt, ½ tsp of turmeric, ½ a deciliter of olive oil, and ½ 1 deciliter of water
the filling:
boiled potatoes, plantbased butter, sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, nutmeg, lemon zest, salt and pepper
