Actually, during a full moon, the Earth's tides are at their highest, and some animals use it as a cue for breeding or migration. The brightness of the moon also affects the behavior of nocturnal animals, who are more active and vocal during a full moon.
As for humans, many cultures believe in the power of a Plenilune. It is associated with romance, fertility, and creativity, and some people believe that it has a spiritual or mystical energy that can be harnessed for meditation or manifestation.
