The spokesperson explained that this device is a steam cleaner and sterilizer that reaches deep into fabrics, cracks and crevices for thorough sensitization, and it only needs water. no need to throw away your sponges too soon or use wasteful paper towels to clean up messes. Use a single tier to do if you just have a few items, or stack both tiers to sanitize several items at the same time.
