Four years ago, co-owners Tom Hartz and Young Cho generously allowed us to film our off-season YouTube videos after-hours at Simple Cafe in Lake Geneva, WI. It's my favorite restaurant and it is the perfect space to film design shows and host guests. So, what better way to kick off this year's off-season episodes than with a conversation with Tom and Young about all things Simple! I hope you enjoy it.
