I told you guys I'd start making more vids with anime after that amazing concert xD This one has been done for awhile, but the results for a contest I entered some time ago have just been released, so I can finally upload it! The video had to be exclusive for this contest, so I wasn't able to upload it until now. I'm so excited and dare I say...proud that I've actually won my first contest with an AMV in a category, lol ^^

This was a bit of a challenge to make, as the anime I used is only about 15 or so minutes long - a short. I came across it by watching another AMV and was interested, so I decided to check it out. The funny thing is I can't understand Japanese, but the story is still clear and well done; it's a lot like an anime version of Disney's "Paperman." A boy named Hinata has a crush on a girl named Shigure, but soon she has to move away and he's determined to tell her something important before she leaves...
We also had to write concepts for our AMVs that we entered and while I can't remember what I put down exactly, it wasn't very long and along the lines of "I created this AMV after a bad day, and I hope it will make others smile." I do have bad days, sometimes...but I tell myself to always try and look on the bright side if things go wrong.
Ever since I first heard this song from Piano Guys, it's always made me smile and feel better if I'm not in the best mood. Paired with this anime and its cliche yet unique boy-chases-after-girl story, I hope it makes you smile as well if you're also currently having a bad day :)
