Patricia Rencher’s experience as a caregiver for her parents inspired her to create the publication, “Urban Aging News,” to provide resources and information for caregivers and senior citizens.

During her caregiving journey, Rencher realized she was now totally responsible for her parents just as hey had been fully responsible for her as a child.

This interview is part of the Detroit PBS series, "Caregiving Conversations," highlighting the experiences of caregivers.
