Are you ageing well? That's the topic of this 2-part podcast, with senior lecturer in The Open University's Faculty of Health and Social Care, Jitka Vseteckova. Jitka introduces the five pillars of ageing well, the Ageing Well Public talks series, and discusses whether modern day ageing is 'better' than it used to be... we live longer, but do we live better?
We need to take ownership of our health, which we can do by following some of the advice and tips that Jitka offers regarding hydration and nutrition, with more to come in part 2...
