This video shows you how to apply "brick mortar" to your diorama bricks using light-weight wall spackle.
It's a super easy process that adds a lot to a diorama.
1. After you have painted your bricks, seal the diorama with a polyurathane spray, mod podge or some other sealer to protect the paint job.
2. Use a straight edge, like an old gift card to apply the wall spackle across the piece, filling in the foam carved mortar lines.
3. Use a damp cloth to wipe away the excess wall spackle.
I recommend doing this in sections on larger pieces to keep the work manageable and ensure the spackle doesnt cure before you are ready for it to.
