It's A Level results day! Up and down the land students have been opening letters to find out whether they have made the grade. For many, this will decide whether they will be going to university in September or not.

But is it still worth it? With grade inflation rampant as a result of covid, mental health issues blighting many students and the popularity of 'Mickey Mouse degrees', it looks like the old institutions have lost their charm.
