The year is 1966 and Walt Disney's plate is remarkably full. In addition to all of his visionary projects, this year Disneyland would see the arrival of attractions and lands like the Primeval World, New Orleans Square and the iconic Disneyland staple 'it's a small world' in the park. Walt Disney was at the top of his game and was ready to break even more boundaries within American culture, but 1966 would present an unanticipated challenge that Walt and his Studio were never expecting.
