This marks the third time I've made a video to the 12 Days of Christmas. Well, to be honest the other two times were to the "12 Pains of Christmas", but the point still stands. As always, this song is a BEAST! The days alone add up to 78 clips, and that's not even counting the starting line each verse, or the filler music between lines, or any point where I have to split a clip for speed or lip sync reasons... The point is, this video used twice as many clips as any of the others so far. Why am I always making myself edit this song?!
Joking aside, this was fun. Using the twins as the audience helped me bring some much-needed focus to the song. The hardest part was finding streamers, unexpectedly. Most of the times when streamers appeared in the show, they were coming out of a confetti cannon, which were needed for another day's clips. Wasn't prepared for that unexpected trouble, but I just managed to eek out enough.
On the sixth day of Christmas, my lawyers said to me:
Germany can't watch'em,
FIVE COPY CLAIMS!!!!!
It's been done before,
Lip sync sucks,
Disclaimers don't work,
and I don't own My Little Pony!
