Labour is taking a morning radio game far too seriously, and we need to call it out.
When Paul Henry played a standard round of shoot, shag, marry on Radio Hauraki, Labour MP Ayesha Verrall claimed his comment about shooting Chris Hipkins was a genuine death threat. But Henry was just answering a three-part hypothetical question on music radio, not issuing a threat. What makes the faux outrage worse is that Chris Hipkins himself took part in a similar game on The Project a few years ago.
