It's time for the 35th Annual Chalk Festival at the Cleveland Museum of Art. The family-friendly event welcomes folks of all ages to grab a sidewalk square and get creative. Fox 8's Stefani Schaefer learns more about the event from Jordan Jimenez, assistant director of the Community Arts Center.
