I entered the world of trying to build a business during the height of hustle culture/grindset/morning routine worship. I tried to make that work for me - while certainly there are benefits, the reality is that it isn’t for everyone. My body and brain don’t work best with a multi-step morning routine - so I shifted and started listening to the cadences of my particular body. Turns out, it works a lot better that way. Don’t let some aesthetically pleasing edited TikTok make you feel like you’re lazy for not having one. Build a life that works for you, whatever that looks like. 💜 ☀️
