I ended up cutting a lot of stuff from this video since it ran long, so here's a couple notes:
- This video features quotes from a survey I sent out to folks in Stamina Nation. A lot of people responded and I couldn't include everyone's input. Thanks for participating if you did -- it was hugely helpful, even if I didn't use a direct quote.
- Sorry about the camera quality. It's true I haven't been feeling well lately and decided to go easy on myself and use OBS and a webcam to record.
