So, it's almost 6AM here and I've been working on this for a couple of hours now but I just wanted to get this done while I was inspired. It didn't turn out quite like I wanted but it's good enough.

It's hard to be anxious or sensitive or just being someone who overthinks simple stuff. Everything's alright yet you can't help but feel like you did something wrong or that something went wrong because of you, and that's just awful. Same with having a nightmare or fear that even if they're not something physical they seem to haunt and be around you all the time to keep you from being okay.
Those feelings are scary and they have a huge power to hurt you. So much that you may even forget to focus on what really matters or feel like it doesn't really matter when it does.
But as hard as it is to convince yourself of it, in the end of the day they're all just thoughts. They can't hurt you, they only have the power and the importance you give to them. Yeah, it's okay.

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while. Steven Universe has some amazing songs and this one just hits me hard as someone who usually overthinks everything and can’t let go of what affects me, it doesn’t matter how silly or unimportant it might be. That’s why I only used characters that I identify a lot with – Joy, Twilight, Judy, Star, Elsa, Nala. I wasn’t going to upload this at first since it was just going to be something to help me calm down, but I realized it could help someone else, as fuggly as it turned out, the message remains.
It was just a thought, it’s okay.
