In this video I show you the temporary living space that was created just so we could live in our house through the cold Vermont winter. After I removed the roof and re-installed the rafters at full heigh walls, I needed to rebuild the whole living space so we could be "comfortable" through the winter. That meant I needed to re insulate with fiberglass batts in the temporary wall, and in the ceiling above that room.
The roof was also only covered with zip system which failed miserably to keep the water out. This led to water raining down through our house and soaking everything new and old. I ended up covering the whole structure with a huge pool cover which got us through the winter great.
