Okiday, here goes a reallyyyy long rules and such thing. Please do read all the way through before commenting.
THIS IS NOT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Im really sorry to be so bossy about this, but Ive had issues before where people who really just throw a bunch of clips in haphazardly and dont follow the rules join, and I dont want that for this. If you do want in:
PLEASE USE ONLY HD FOOTAGE. It would be great if you could also post a link to a vid with Doctor Who footage so I can be sure your quality is good. (If I know you already, and I know you have good quality, you can skip this part. :P)
PLEASE ADD THE COLORING TO EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIP. I will have steps if your Vegas is older than mine, so please do this. It really does help the quality.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE BEATS AND LYRICS.
On to the rules.
RULES:
Fullscreen.
Text and overlays are allowed, so long as you can use them gracefully. Please stick with some form of Arial as the font.
Voiceovers are encouraged, but please do be sure to use them smoothly in the song, not too much background music, not overlapping any lyrics unless you cant avoid it/it works, and please send a separate mp3, without music, with the voiceover.
Please leave a second or more of clip on either side of your part.
When youve finished your part, please upload it to yt, with a download link for BOTH THE VIDEO AND THE VOICEOVERS in the description. Sorry for screaming at you there, but a lot of people forget that. :P
There will be a playlist in the description to show which scenes are taken. PLEASE CHECK IT BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PART. We dont want any repeated scenes. ;)
Try to use scenes for your part that correspond with moments in Claras companionship that fit it, (ie you light up the path with her opening her eyes in the timestream, etc.)
You may choose the intro or outro if youd like, but please use scenes where masking can be done for the editors and similar messages.
DEADLINE: ASAP, but Im fairly flexible, so anytime in the next month or so is fine if you cant do it right away.

I never manage to finish my birthday videos on time. Trying to come to grips with the fact that I like to take my time and be happy with the result. And I am.
This song was perfect because its the perfect mix of sorrow twinged with joy, and the video is a love letter to as many stories as I could fit that Ive loved throughout the years, and have carried the meaning I see behind everything.
