If you use the in headset screen recording feature you may have had the issue that when you've come to use them on your PC, that they are unplayable, have 0:00 timecode and just don't work.
The solution is to drag and drop more than one clip at a time. If you only have one recording, record a second clip just a few seconds long and then drag them over together. Sorted.
If this is your first time connecting your headset to your PC you will need to accept the connection in the headset.
If you have Developer Mode enabled (for sideloading etc) you will need to run adb devices in the command line or open SideQuest to get the files folder to show up.
Mac users will need Android File Transfer installed to be able to access the files on the headset: android.com/filetransfer
