Former prime minister of Lebanon Fouad Siniora joined Sky News to discuss the ongoing crisis in the country.

He said he believes Lebanon is already a failed state and could collapse completely unless there is a ceasefire and a full implementation of the UN resolution reinforced back in 2006. If not, he predicts a dire future for Lebanon.

He also accused Israel of committing war crimes, giving the recent attack on UN peacekeepers as one example.
