Sub-Saharan Africa is on the cusp of a transformative digital revolution. The region, brimming with potential, is well positioned to transition to a digital-first economy. This will require a multi-layered approach, however. By focusing on building the digital foundations, promoting digital transformation and fostering digital innovation while supporting robust cybersecurity practices, the EBRD can help the region accelerate its digital transition and unlock new horizons for the region.
