On Monday night, a suicide bombing has killed at least 22 people and injured at least 59 in a pop concert held in Manchester.
ISIS said it was behind the attack, and police have arrested a 23-year old man in connection with the attack.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for a suicide attack that killed at least 22 people and injured 59 others at a concert in Manchester Arena on Monday.
The terrorist group released a statement through its central media body, and praised the bomber as a "soldier of the caliphate".
Meanwhile, British police said they have arrested a 23-year old man in connection with the bomb attack. Monday's attack at Manchester Arena where U.S. pop singer Ariana Grande performed, is by far the deadliest attack in Britain since 2005 when 52 people were killed in a series of bombings on London's public transportation system.
Many public figures including world leaders have expressed condolences towards the victims and their families.
Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy held a minute of silence outside Moncloa Palace along with British Ambassador Simon Manley, and German Chancellor Angela Merkel has expressed "sorrow and horror" over the attack, vowing that Germany will cooperate with Britain to fight terrorism.
