Why? Because when He speaks, He releases authority.
And so, the outlet of God's word
is the release of His authority. Yes.
And so now, whenever the Holy Spirit hears God's authority,
the Spirit of God is there to release
His ability to make sure that His authority is recognized.
I'm going to say it again.
Because wherever you have God's authority,
you have the Holy Spirit's ability
to make sure His authority is obeyed.
That's why your police officer has a badge and a gun.
The badge represents their authority.
The gun represents their ability to enforce their authority.
So that if you don't honor the badge...
I got some ability to enforce my authority.
And that's how much power God is working with.
That when a word comes out of His mouth,
The Holy Ghost says, "You heard Him."
"You heard what He said."
And releases enough ability to bring to pass
what God's authority has designated.
That's how God rolls, you understand.
That when God opens His mouth,
the Spirit of God moves, and there is power
released at His command.
Now, that's worth shouting about.
That's worth shouting about.
That's worth shouting about.
But let's take it a step further.
And then this same God said,
"Let us make man in our image, after our likeness,
and let them have dominion." [Genesis 1:26]
Uh-oh. Which means, He says, "I'm going to create this man
and I'm going to now authorize him to function like Me."
How are you going to do this, God?
The Bible says, "And God went to the dust of the ground,
formed a man from them, breathed into its nostrils
of breath of life, and watch this,
and man became a living being." [Genesis 2:7]
Now in the Hebrew, that word is actually,
and "man became a speaking spirit."
A speaking spirit.
Oh my God, put your hand on your heads.
Your life is about to change forever.
Come on, lay your hand on your head.
Say, "I refuse to doubt this."
And so why is God creating a speaking spirit?
Because whatever this thing He's about to create,
God is about to give the dominion that He has to man.
He's about to hand it over to man.
So now when Adam pops out of the breath of God,
he's walking around on the earth
as a speaking spirit, with authority.
Let them have dominion.
Which means from this moment on,
God says, "If My mouth is going to come open,
it's going to come open through them."
And what you don't realize is that
God originally created man, Adam and Eve, to speak for Him.
That's why He created them a speaking spirit.
So now you have to understand
that this is very important for your life.
In this decade of declaration,
you're going to have to learn how to run your mouth.
Because you were created to speak.
And what separates you from everything else that God created
is that He created us to speak for Him.
Animals have a language, but they don't speak for God.
They talk to one another, but they don't talk for God.
They communicate to one another
but they don't communicate on the behalf of God.
God created us so that we now could be the outlets
of His authority in the Earth realm.
You have no idea.
And for the record, I don't either.
Totally grasp how much power we working with.
That the people of God are some type of
offspring from heaven
that have been given tremendous authority.
And when we use it right,
the same way the Earth realm obeyed God; it will obey us.
That's how much authority we have.
To the degree that when God created Adam,
He says, "I'm done working."
And brought all the animals to him and say, "You name them."
And he opened his mouth,
and the Bible says whatever he called them,
"That was the name thereof." [Genesis 2:20]
Which means the optimum use of your mouth
is not for conversation.
Matter of fact the more you use your mouth for conversation
the more trouble you get in.
That the main reason God gave you a mouth
was for legislation,
it was for authorization.
It was to begin to speak things in the Earth realm,
and they be whatever you said.
That's the kind of authority that God gave to Adam,
that God gave to Eve.
That when they spoke, everything in the Earth realm lined up
with what they said.
