TMC1969 MIGHT have been ordered by Youtube to take down his 911 Conspiracy videos. If so, this would be a disturbing infringement on his ability to speak freely, but it would be a perfectly legal infringement since Google is a private corporation and Youtube has the right to host or reject any video it wants to for even arbitrary reasons.
However, it is not at all certain that the email demanding that the videos be removed came from Youtube. It could have been sent by a prankster trying to imitate Youtube. I suggest tmc1969 contact Youtube and ask them to verify the authenticity of the email.
It is also conceivable, though unlikely, that Youtube sent its email to tmc1969 because the copyright owners of the videos in question sent Youtube DMCA takedown notices.
