1. Stress narrows your vision. The best route is usually right in front of you, but you won’t see it.
2. The fundamentals nobody teaches (or wants to learn) are the ones that pay the bills. Not the sexy stuff.
3. Buyers do not stop spending. They just get more careful. Your job is to make a better case.
4. Strategic discounts buy lifetime customers. Random discounts erode trust (and future profits).
5. Your network is your net worth all the time, but ESPECIALLY in lean times. And it’s not too late to build it.
6. Your nervous system is a P&L line item. Treat it like one.
