KYC harvesting schemes have stolen millions of dollars and identities from patrons who trusted the platform they signed up with. They may have even trusted the CEO. In this scheme, the members have all put their blind faith in Ash Mufareh, a con artist with a 20-year history of running "business opportunities" (scams) and an 8-year director's bar from the S.E.C. in Florida. Ash had the OnPassive founders sign up for the new Victory With Ash platform and told them to get verified via a KYC and then invite 10 people within 100 days to do the same. However, he cannot run a business and has no products for sale...oh, and the platform is allegedly free! So what is the need for the KYC? We have discussed Ash wanting coercive control over his company's members but is there something else nefarious happening here? Let's discuss KYC schemes and if that's a possibility with this scam...
