The January horror releases continue. Up next being Underwater. A Science Fiction Thriller starring Kristen Stewart as a crew member of an underwater drilling station that unleashes a monstrous new species that is hell bent on destroying the facility and everyone in it.
In the vein of classic sci-fi monster hits like Alien and Leviathan, does Underwater have the potential to live up to the likes of those classics? There seems to be quite a divide amongst fans and critics alike. So let me weigh in on what I think.
