Recent speculation has mounted as to whether President Trump has been the anonymous recipient of the potentially revolutionary weight loss medication, retatrutide, under the FDA's compassionate use pathway. If so, this would indicate that he has sleep apnea and pulmonary hypertension - serious medical conditions that would explain some of the visible, observable problems he's been experiencing with daytime sleepiness and leg swelling, respectively. It would also indicate very clearly that he, his physician, and the White House have been lying to the American public about his health. For what it's worth, the White House very strongly denies he is the recipient, but given how unusual the single-person approval of retatrutide is, and the fact that this current administration suffers from a chronic deficiency of honesty, I am personally very suspicious that it is indeed the president.
