Is this the best value Gibson has ever released? I’ve finally spent some quality time with the new Gibson Les Paul Double Trouble Standard, and I’m honestly blown away.

On paper, it’s a Standard, but in your hands, it feels like something much more "Custom." We’re talking about a guitar that is half the price of a Custom Shop Reissue, yet it shares the same vintage aesthetic, non-weight-relieved solid mahogany body, and that "hand-selected" vibe we usually pay a massive premium for.
