Shrinking has quickly become one of those shows that just sticks with you. It’s comforting, funny, emotional, and somehow makes heavy topics feel approachable without ever talking down to the audience.
In this video, I talk about why the series ended up meaning so much to me, how Season 3 handles grief, parenting, aging, and forgiveness, and why the characters feel so real and easy to get attached to. Even when it’s dealing with painful stuff, the show never loses its warmth or its sense of humor.
I get into what worked for me this season, what didn’t quite land, and why—even if the ending doesn’t go out with a huge bang—it still feels like a natural place to stop. The performances, especially from Harrison Ford, are doing some seriously special work here.
