I’m Todd Wilbur. I’ve been hacking famous foods for over 30 years.

The famous So-Cal chain “The Hat” just arrived in Vegas. Demand has been so high, the restaurant was forced to cut hours to keep up. After just one bite - I get it. I can honestly say this is the best pastrami sandwich I’ve ever had.

Can I duplicate it? Each batch will take 7-10 days to create but I’m up for the challenge. Follow along on my adventure.
