Fallout 4 VR is notorious for being a rough port, but modders have completely transformed the experience. Today, I’m diving into @gingasvr Fallout VR Essentials Overhaul to see if it truly is the best way to play the game in 2026. From the hardcore survival mechanics to the improved VR combat, I’m sharing my honest first impressions of this massive Wabbajack modlist.
In this video, while I go around without a real destination I break down the core pillars of the Fallout Essentials list I talk about graphics, hardcore survival gameplay, combat & weapons. Also do some comparisons with MGO and say why I believe GingasVR currently edges out the Mad God Overhaul (MGO) for stability and immersion.

This is as close as it gets to the real grid! Today Im testing F1 2025 in VR using a full motion simulator and the Moza R12 Direct Drive wheel. If you thought F1 was intense before, wait until you see the depth and scale of the cockpit in VR while the motion rig hits you with every G-force.
[The Setup]
We are pushing the limits of immersion. I’ll be discussing how the VR optimization holds up in the new 2025 engine, how the Moza R12 translates the new suspension physics, and whether a motion rig makes you faster—or just more exhausted!
[Gear Used in Video]
VR Headset: Meta Quest 3 (via Virtual Desktop)
Wheelbase: Moza R12 (12Nm Direct Drive)
Wheel: Moza CS V2P Wheel
Pedals: Moza CRP2 Load Cell
